Our stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious with some positive features like new carpet, although we found a pair of worn socks under the sink and the beds were unmade with no clean towels available. On the bright side, the room had two full beds and a Sofa Bed, which was great for our family of four, especially with two 'big' kids. The service was energetic and positive, with staff going out of their way to accommodate us, even arranging alternative transportation when needed. The location offered a nice view and was well-maintained overall, but the bed being too soft made it uncomfortable to sleep. The dining options were somewhat limited, with a mix of plain and unhealthy items for breakfast. Overall, the hotel has its ups and downs, providing a decent stay at a reasonable price, despite some room for improvements.
